How to Make Dog-Friendly Carrot Cupcakes

Cupcake Recipe
This recipe makes 2 cupcakes
Ingredients
1 small carrot, grated
1 egg
100g blended oats*
30ml water
Pinch of cinnamon
Coconut oil for greasing
Optional
Grated coconut

*To make your blended oats, simply whizz up whole oats in a blender until they’re finely ground.
Method
Add the grated carrot to a bowl, then add the egg, blended oats, water and cinnamon, and mix until combined.
Use a small amount of coconut oil to grease a dish or mug that’s microwave safe.
Spoon half of your mixture into your dish or mug and microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds, or until firm. Repeat with the rest of your mix.
Wait until your cupcakes cool, then decorate with your dog’s favourite toppings!
Top Tip: Don’t fur-get to adjust the amount of food you give your dog on the day they enjoy this cupcake treat, this way they can avoid over-indulging.
