I ordered the card on 2nd August. It was supposed to be dispatched in 24 to 48 hours. It finally arrived on the 14th. I emailed on the 9th to say it hadn't arrived. So, it took another 5 days for the reissue to arrive.

Card took a long time to be delivered. I don’t think this was your fault & your customer service team were excellent at responding & sorting out the issue. When the card did eventually arrive I was very pleased with the quality. Bertie loved it too!
