This mug is dishwasher safe however, to maintain print quality, we do recommend it's hand washed using a mild detergent.
We typically, produce personalized mugs in 72 hours, however, this might take up to 4 days.
Once we have created your personalized mug, it will be delivered via DHL Smartmail - please allow 3 to 5 days for it to arrive.
